ATHLETIC SHOES

MIZUNO WAVE SKYRISE

Mizuno Wave Skyrise 5

These are the shoes I use for sprinting on concrete or asphalt, doing plyometric jumps, running technique and some light jogging. They have the main thing I look for in this type of shoe: great cushioning throughout the sole, from heel to toe, to protect the joints from intense impacts on hard surfaces. And they are also good value for money. Although the most important thing about footwear is always the functionality, it is worth mentioning that they impress with their aesthetic design.

PUMA EVOSPEED PREP SPRINT 3.5

The Puma EvoSPEED Prep Sprint 3.5 are great spikes for speed training on the track. They feature a rigid plate that extends across the entire sole, providing great reactivity during ground contact. Eight spikes in the forefoot provide excellent traction.

After training for a long time in spikes that were already showing obvious signs of wear, I found myself needing to replace them with something else. After research and several inquiries, I decided to give this model a try. These shoes fit my feet perfectly, and I feel comfortable in them. Another advantage is that they’re quite affordable.

ADIDAS POWERLIFT 5

The Adidas Powerlift 5 are excellent shoes designed for weight training. Their flat, rigid sole provides stability, allowing you to exert force with your feet against the floor to lift the bar more efficiently. They’re incredibly durable, lasting for years before showing obvious signs of wear. I consider them a great investment at an affordable price. These shoes are available in several of colors to choose.
